As a general criterion, the north-facing elevations are almost blind, avoiding the view of the dwelling from adjacent plots and protecting them in turn from the cold and wind, the south-facing elevations also remain blind to avoid the view from adjacent plots, but open to light and sun with large windows in the communication areas of the dwelling, the main elevation of the dwellings is treated with openings that respond only to functionality, highlighting a gallery in the main bedroom and, finally, the rear elevation opens up to the landscaped plot with large windows.
